Salary: $125-150K
Plus: Equity and lunches paid for daily
Location: Hybrid - 4 days in OfficeMidtown South
Rapidly growing health and wellness start-up is looking for an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support the CEO/Founder in a super fast paced environment in NYC.
Responsibilities
- Heavy calendar management
- Meeting logistics
- Preparing and pulling documents for meetings
- Heavy gatekeeping
- Travel and expenses
- Personal assistant work
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant administrative support experience including some executive level support experience
- Start up experience strongly preferred
- College degree required
- Be fluid, flexible and successful in a fast paced environment
- Excellent technical skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be proactive
- Have great EQ
- Be excited to help the organization thrive and grow
